Concrete pump with the maximum feed rate 10L is the standard additional equipment, that we provide with the laboratory concrete 3d printer Stone Flower. The pumping speed is regulated manually, and has to be chosen according to the parameters of the 3d printer, and g-code. In the G-Code the feed rate is usually defined by parameter F. However, due to accelerations and decelerations of the printer, as well as because of the speed limits, set in the firmware, real speed can be lower. It is highly reccommended to make the test launch of G-Code without material, to evaluate expected feed rate in l/min, or in mm/s. Further one has to use known dimensions of the nozzle, layer height, and feed rate in the calculator below, to find the pumping speed.
The pump can deliver from 1.5l/min up to 10l/min. The flow rate cannot be less than 1.5l/min due to the construction of the pump. On the display of the pump, one can see the speed of motor, in rpm, which is proportional to the flow rate. Motor speed 3000rpm corresponds to the maximum feed rate 10l/min.
